Crossroads Reservation Policy

Children under 3 years old stay free of charge.

If you would like to bring one or more pets you need to include this in your booking enquiry; you are required to mention the number, breed and weight of your pet/s. Right of admission for your pets is reserved and is at the discretion of the Crossroads Owners. You must read, fill in, scan and email the pet indemnity form (available for download from the Pet-Friendly section on our website) along with proof of payment to secure your booking. The pet companion fee does not apply to guide dogs – however you will be required to present validating identification in this instance.

We require proof of payment of 50% deposit up front in order to secure your booking. If you do not meet this payment we are not obligated to keep your booking and will consider it cancelled.
The remaining 50% of your reservation must be paid by no later than 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival. If you do not meet this payment and do not respond within 24 hours to our urgent notice, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

You will be required to present your valid identification in the form of either ID/Passport/Driver's License as well as your valid credit/debit card in order to Check In, which will be photocopied and returned to you immediately. Should any damage (excluding natural wear and tear/normal upkeep) or theft occur from anyone in your party during your stay, you hereby authorise Crossroads Meander Pty Ltd to hold you responsible and charge you accordingly. Upon arrival at your accommodation please check whether anything is damaged or missing and report it to Crossroads staff immediately, otherwise it will be assumed that you were responsible.

Check In is between 2-3pm, Check Out is between 9-10am. Should you need to make a special arrangement to Check In or Out at another time, please notify us as early as possible so that we can see whether we can accommodate your request. Unless Crossroads has agreed to accommodate a Late Check Out request or to extend your stay, you will be charged a full day's accommodation fee for any unauthorised overstaying. If you overstay by more than 2 hours then we reserve the right to enter the accommodation, remove your belongings and escort you and any guests in your party off the property or take such further action as may be necessary (for which you will be charged).
Crossroads Strict Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your expected arrival, there will be no cancellation fee and any amount you have paid will be refunded.

If you cancel your booking 15-29 days before arrival, you will forfeit your deposit and any remaining amount you have paid will be refunded.

If you cancel your booking 0-14 days before your expected arrival, you will forfeit the full charge and will not be refunded.

Please take notice of and adhere to any fire and health & safety guidance provided by staff and signs around the accommodation. If you become aware of something during your stay which you believe is a potential health and safety risk, you are to inform Crossroads staff immediately. Crossroads staff will assess the reported risk and take reasonable precautions and/or actions to resolve it.

Crossroads will not be liable to you for any business, financial or economic loss or for any consequential or indirect losses such as lost reputation, lost bargain, lost profit, loss of anticipated savings or lost opportunity arising as a result of this Agreement, the Accommodation or the rental (whether such loss arises as a result of Crossroads staff’s negligence or otherwise). This also includes any compensation for noise, inconvenience or nearby construction.

You must comply with any rules, notices or reasonable instructions given by Crossroads staff and be mindful of other guests. Crossroads will not tolerate any verbal or physical threats or abuse towards staff or other guests. You may not exceed the number of guests or pets in your party that you have booked and paid accommodation for. If you would like to request that an additional guest/pet can stay, it is up to the discretion of the Crossroads owners. If allowed, you will need to complete a separate guest/pet agreement and pay for the number of nights that they will be joining you. If you do not comply with this and are found with additional guests/pets, Crossroads reserves the right to terminate the rest of your stay without refund and remove you and your belongings from the property.

In addition to the above you agree to the following Guest Rules:
1. Throw all rubbish in the bins provided in and around the accommodation.
2. Do not remove any furnishings from the accommodation.
3. Do not invade the privacy of other guests, the Crossroads staff or owners.

5. Do not conduct any illegal or immoral activity on the property.

Crossroads will not be liable or be deemed to be in breach of these terms by reason of any delay or failure in performing any of their obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond their reasonable control; such as severe weather, subsidence, power or other utility cut-off, burglary, natural disaster, strikes, governmental action, terrorism, war and civil unrest. Save in the case of fraud these terms represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous marketing information, representations or agreements whether recorded in writing or otherwise.
